Unmatched Contact Retention

The KM32 series housing incorporates an integral lance design, providing outstanding contact retention strength of 40 N minimum - all without the need for a retainer. This ensures secure cable routing and robust performance, even in the harshest operating conditions.

Precision Contact Engineering

Featuring a 1.6 mm effective mating length and a dual-point contact system, the KM32 series guarantees stable electrical performance and secure engagement. A reinforced centre lock prevents incomplete mating, mis-insertion, and lock damage, delivering peace of mind in demanding applications while also maintaining strong contact retention with a compact footprint.

Available in both straight and right-angle interface types, as well as single-row (2-8 contacts) and double-row (12-24 contacts) variations, the KM32 series offers a wide range of design flexibility. The crimp contacts are optimized for 22 AWG cables. The housing and contact materials, including PPS and PA66 resins with copper alloy contact, are engineered to deliver long-term durability.

The KM32 series is suited to a wide range of applications including automotive electronic control modules, monitoring devices, sensors, control units, and other compact electronics that require space-saving and high-performance connectivity.
