DB0402 Series – Ultra-Miniature, High-Precision

The DB0402 3dB LGA Coupler is based on thin-film multilayer technology. The technology provides a miniature part with excellent high frequency performance and rugged construction for reliable automatic assembly. The DB0402 Coupler is offered in a variety frequency bands compatible with various types of high frequency wireless systems.

The DB0402 series is the smallest in the lineup, measuring just 0.040” x 0.023” x 0.014”. Despite its size, it delivers exceptional performance across 3,000–4,100MHz, with:

  • Low insertion loss: -0.5dB typical
  • High isolation and phase balance: 2° typical
  • Power handling: 1W continuous
  • RoHS and IATF compliant

Its compact form factor and compatibility with automated assembly make it ideal for space-constrained applications such as mobile devices, GPS modules, and compact base stations

DB0603 Series – Versatile and Rugged

The DB0603N 3dB 90° Coupler is based on thin-film multilayer technology. The technology provides a miniature part with excellent high frequency performance and rugged construction for reliable automatic assembly. The RFAP LGA 3dB 90° Coupler is offered in a variety of frequency bands compatible with various types of high frequency wireless systems.

The DB0603N series builds on the DB0402's strengths with a slightly larger footprint (0.060” x 0.030”) and broader frequency coverage from 2GHz to 6GHz. It offers:

  • Insertion loss: <0.9dB
  • Isolation: >10dB
  • Amplitude balance: ±1dB
  • Phase balance: ±3°
  • Power handling: up to 10W

Typical applications is balanced amplifiers and signal distribution in wireless communications, LANs, GPS, vehicle location systems, and signal distribution networks. Its rugged multilayer thin-film construction ensures reliable performance in harsh environments and high-density PCBs

DB0805 Series – High Power, Broad Compatibility

The DB0805 SMD 3dB 90° Coupler is based on thin-film multilayer technology. The technology provides a miniature part with excellent high frequency performance and rugged construction for reliable automatic assembly. The ITF 3dB 90° Coupler is offered in a variety of frequency bands compatible with various types of high frequency wireless systems.

The DB0805 series is designed for applications requiring higher power handling and broader frequency compatibility. With a footprint of 0.080” x 0.050”, it supports:

  • Wideband operation: up to 6GHz
  • High power handling
  • Excellent thermal stability
  • Low parasitics and high repeatability
