The RN73R precision resistor range from KOA offers T.C.R down to 5ppm with tolerances as low as 0.05% making it ideal for high precision circuits.
The RN73R series offers a significant performance improvement over the now EOL RN73 series from KOA, the new series features higher temperature rated power performance to 85°C compared with 70°C of the old series, as well as an improved moisture tolerance. An additional advantage of the RN73R series over the RN73 series is that this new version is now AEC-Q200 tested, making it suitable for Automotive applications and other designs that demand high reliability.
The RN73R series is available in case sizes from 0402 to 1220, power ratings from 0.063W to 0.5W, choice of T.C.R from 5ppm to 100ppm and resistance range from 15R to 1.5M depending on size and T.C.R chosen. The RN73R series also features inherent low noise performance making it suitable for low noise designs such as those found in Audio / HiFi and Sonar designs.
The RN73R precision resistors are AEC-Q200 tested and feature an operating temperature range from -55 °C to +155 °C.
