The OMRON W7BB-X01 transparent button, designated the “bash button” due to the way it is designed for use, is a robust mechanical button. Originally designed to cope with the rigors of the casino industry, the button is designed for installation directly in the cover glass of large display panels. The buttons are ideal for high-speed tactile interaction, not just in gaming applications but any public facing equipment that needs to reliably interact with the user via buttons or industrial machines. They are ideal solutions for applications needing fast action, with instant confirmation. The user can see the display through the 58mm-diameter, transparent area, of the button, allowing dynamic display of instructions or colourful graphics.
Featuring halo lighting, giving extra flexibility, the W7BB-X01 can seamlessly integrate and coordinate with the Graphical User Interface (GUI) of the end equipment. It can be installed on cover glass up to 3mm thick, and it’s screwless mounting eases assembly and maintenance. A waterproof seal protects against water ingress and the 84mm chrome bezel gives an eye-catching look to the button. Termination is via a 125mm transparent flat-flex, with a standard 35-pin connector, simplifying electrical connection to the host system.

The OMRON EE-SY1201 is an exceptionally compact reflective Photomicrosensor (PMS) with a sensing distance of 3-4mm. A Photomicrosensor, also known as a photointerrupter, is a compact optical sensor that senses objects or object positions.
The B5W Series of optical sensors from OMRON has been expanded with the addition of the B5W-DB sensor. Having a longer sensing distance of 550mm - longer than light convergent resistance sensors of the same size
