Introducing the HR25A Series, Miniature, High-Density, Durable Circular Connector with Push-pull Lock from HIROSE
HIROSE Electric Co. Ltd, a world-class manufacturer in connectors has sustained the high industry requirements, with its miniature push-pull, small size, high-density circular connector the HR25A series.
The HR25A high-density circular connector was developed using HIROSE Electric's long experience with miniaturization technology as a connectivity solution for a wide variety of small electronic applications such as FA cameras, sensors, security cameras, medical and test equipment.
The HR25A series connectors features plugs, receptacles, and jacks. Plugs come in two sizes, shell size 11 for 4, 6 and 8 contacts, and shell size 13 for 12, 16 and 20 contacts.
The HR25A series has a user-friendly push-pull lock structure operation with a tactile click when secure locking is complete. The straight plug and jack from this series correspondingly includes a push-pull component that can easily be connected or disconnected due to the low withdrawal force. To prevent misconnection the connectors are polarized for correct insertion by a straight push in movement. A built-in lock release mechanism securely locks mated connectors while allowing for quick disconnection by simply pulling on the plug release collar.
Along with the push-pull mechanism, the HR25A series include metal shells that provide a secure lock that delivers excellent ground connection for applications requiring EMI protection. Different termination styles are also available such as crimp, solder and board mount for maximum design flexibility.
