Bourns has announced the addition of the Model TISP4025H1BJ single bidirectional thyristor surge protectors to the existing Bourns® Model TISP40xxH1BJ series of very low voltage bidirectional overvoltage protectors.
These devices are designed to limit overvoltages. A single device provides 2-point protection and is typically used for the protection of transformer windings and low voltage electronics.
The Bourns® Model TISP40xxH1BJ series of very low voltage bidirectional overvoltage protectors consists of a symmetrical voltage-triggered bidirectional thyristor, provided in a space-saving surface mount SMB package. This series meets industry standard requirements for RoHS compliancy* and Pb Free solder reflow profiles.
