A new series of Schottky barrier rectifier with a maximum average forward rectified current IF(AV) of 1 A and maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage VRRM from 20 V to 150 V has been released.

Devices come in green (halogen free compound) compact surface mount package SOD-123HE with a low profile height of max. 0.85 mm, ideal for automated placement and are AEC-Q101 qualified. Due to clip bond technology they offer high power and high thermal conduction capability. Typical applications are for general purpose, polarity protection and rail to rail protection in both consumer and automotive applications.
