The HARTING har-flexicon® product family has been designed to address this trend, offering screwless connection of single wires and compatibility with reflow soldering processes as well as with automatic loading systems using pick-and-place technology ensures efficient processing for both the device production and the device installation.
The HARTING har-flexicon® is the ideal miniature SMD connector for the rapid connection of single wires and provides a perfect connection between PCBs in industrial devices.
The HARTING har-flexicon® product family is available in 1.27mm, 2.54mm, 3.50mm, 3.81mm, 5.00mm and 5.08mm pitch and utilises a screwless wire termination system across all pitches with the added option of screw connection on the 3.50mm and larger pitch sizes. The har-flexicon® product family has been designed for easy assembly during production and also for rapid and easy use during field assembly.
The connectors are available from 2 ways up to 25 ways depending on the series and the 1.27mm and 2.54mm SMD PCB connectors feature additional SMD fixings on the sides to improve robustness.
