Bourns has announced the release of the CGA-MLC Series of automotive grade ESD protectors.
The CGA-MLC Series is a family designed to protect sensitive automotive electronics from the threat of ESD up to IEC 61000-4-2 Level 4 in the ultra-small 0402 and 0603 type packages. These very fast bidirectional protectors have low capacitance, minimal insertion loss and low leakage over a wide temperature range.
High performance and reliability make the series a good choice in protecting antenna circuits, camera links, sensors, touchscreen interfaces, GPS, USB 3.0 and high-speed communication buses, just to name a few.
