Bourns has announced the release of four new series of High Voltage Gas Discharge Tubes (GDTs).
The new GDT series target industrial applications requiring high DC breakdown voltages. The 2-electrode GDT devices are offered with DC breakdown voltages ranging from 800-6000 volts. The new series are offered in miniature surface mount, miniature axial and standard axial leaded packages.
