Anglia has added a strong line-up of Infra Red (IR) and Ultra Violet (UV) LED's following the signing of a distribution agreement for the UK and Ireland with Japanese manufacturer Stanley Electric.

Wisbech, 29 April 2019 - Anglia, a leading UK supplier of solid state lighting technology and components, has expanded its line-up to include Infra Red (IR) and Ultra Violet (UV) LED's following the signing of a distribution agreement for the UK and Ireland

The additions complement Anglia's existing solid state lighting portfolio and add new product categories which target emerging applications such as UV Sterilisation. Anglia has put inventory in place covering key Stanley Electric IR and UV LED products and its engineering team has received comprehensive training enabling them to give full design support on these specialist devices.

John Bowman, Marketing Director of Anglia Components, said, "Stanley takes Anglia’s solid state lighting portfolio into exciting new applications. Stanley Electric is highly regarded in the automotive market, and the rigorous approach to quality and performance mandated in this market has led to their success in other applications including commercial and architectural lighting.
