ACPL-344JT-000E automotive R2Coupler smart gate drive optocoupler from Avago


The Avago ACPL-344JT is an automotive grade 2.5A smart gate drive optocoupler device featuring fast propagation delay with excellent timing skew performance. The device features a full set of fail-safe IGBT diagnostics, protection and fault reporting. This full-featured and easy-to-implement IGBT gate drive optocoupler comes in a compact, surface-mountable SO-16 package. The ACPL-344JT is designed for use in traction power train inverter, power converter, battery charger, air conditioner and oil pump motor drive for electric vehicle (EV), hybrid electric vehicle (HEV) and plug-in hybrid electric vehicles (PHEV) applications. The device satisfies automotive AEC-Q100 semiconductor requirements.

Avago R2Coupler™ isolation products provide the reinforced insulation and reliability needed for critical automotive and high temperature industrial applications.
