Recognised for their wide selection of high quality heatsinks for cost conscious designs, Calinar have now introduced a range of complementary thermal interface materials comprising of sheets, pads, sleeves and hoods.

Produced from commercial grade silicone rubber to provide good electrical isolation as well as excellent thermal conductivity, the interface materials are reinforced with glass fibre for strength and flexibility while being flame retardant to the superior UL94V-0 classification.

Supplied in sheets of 300 x 300mm or pre-cut pads to suit specific semiconductor package outlines, the materials can be provided with or without an adhesive coating. The sleeves and hoods, which can be placed directly onto the device, are available in a variety of sizes to match numerous package types. 

To complete the offering a range of metal clips can be supplied in order to clamp the device in conjunction with the thermal interface products.
